At 143FesTee, every product is made to order — printed and fulfilled just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons, including ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.

We encourage you to carefully check our size guides before placing your order.

When We Will Help

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or print defect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a reprint or refund, you must:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Email us at info@143festee.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once we review your claim, we will arrange a free reprint or a refund where applicable.

What Is Not Covered

• Change-of-mind returns
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Minor variations in print placement within 0.5 inches (normal for print-on-demand)

Lost or Missing Orders
